The Art of Becoming: My Story​

Creativity has been my companion my entire life, whispering dreams of artistic expression in my ears since I was a child. Yet for years, decades actually, I let doubt be the gatekeeper of my potential. "I can't draw", I'd tell myself. "I'm not an artist" I would declare. These words were the invisible chains that kept my hands from reaching for a paintbrush, I kept the dreams locked away even though one of my deepest desires WAS to become an artist!

Then came 2020 - a year that stopped the world and started my art journey. Sitting at my dining room table with my grandkids' art supplies as a way to pass the time, something shifted. I could actually see that I had a natural ability and suddenly I was filled with hope at a time where that was a real commodity.

​

It is my mission to create art for people who want to courageously live authentic and meaningful lives. My art is an invitation to break free from self-imposed limitations, embrace vulnerability and celebrate the unique story that only you can tell.
